My 1st fashion show

Okay, okay so this is not the 1st fashion show I have photographed, three years back I took upon myself to be the unofficial, untrained, and unwanted photographer of the Blinque fashion show

A flashback to the horror of my past photog skills:

Yeaaah, I have come a long way, lol.

Anyway, I was invited to be the photographer of Runway 35 fashion show last week and I was pretty pumped about it (I wanted to redeem myself, lol).

The fashion show was very unique it had a little of everything, it had many

music Groups:

Dance Groups:

Swinsuits:

Fly tuxes:
and of course hot fashion!

I guess the pictures are good, but I think I could have done better :o1

It was fun to shoot. Hopefully I will get to shoot a few more in the future...

Mrs. Dallas

My grad school buddy Courtney Bobb is Mrs. Dallas! So of course she hired my to take her photographs =0)

We took some tradition shots, but they are on my other computer. However, the ones I really like are the shots we took outside! Courtney leaves in the boondocks where there is alot of rural land and farms. I totally swagger jacked Kevin Jairaj's on his signature "hay stack" photos and tried some of my own:

Okay, so they didn't turn out as fabulous, but I am pretty pleased with what i got. I had been praying for blue sky the entire day, but I didn't get it. I really don't mind b/c I think the sky looks pretty cool!

I like this picture the most: Hot Mama!

Also, I have finally come to terms with the fact that I am a sky chick: I will forever take pictures of the sky and I can't fight it! lol.

Til next time,

I have always wanted to photograph a woman in a tutu...

Wow, it has been a loooooooooooooong time again! I promise, some day I will do better

So, a few weeks back, my friend Candice asked for some pictures in her tutu. I was more than happy to help her out because I always wanted to be a ballerina, but my mother would not a allow me =0(

Luckily I did not let that bitter childhood memory get to me, and after a very quick shoot in the UNT parking lot, this is what we got:

This is to date my quickest shoot....and i think my most favorite one =0) Look out for more ballerina shoots on the way....
